Basically when i joined my previous organisation, my boss called me and said there is a training program in another state which is really good and he wants to send me there. I said sure, why would i deny my boss in my first corporate job. One month later just a few days before going to the program, someone from legal team came and asked me to sign a bond of 60k for the training program. It was stated in the bond that if i left before 1 year from the date of this bond it will be deducted from my FNF.

Now 11 months later i left the organisation for a much better job. I was expecting them to send me my one month’s notice period salary minus the bond but they sent me the full salary without any deduction!

Now the question is:

1. Can they ask for this money back later? Can I refuse to return?
2. If i were to refuse, can they mess with my BGV in future companies?
