Can someone explain me who really was Hoge-chan?

Can someone explain me who really was Hoge-chan?

I found out about her while listening to the group 禁断の多数決 on youtube, she was a former member of that group. While trying to find her other works, I have found her farewell video on youtube channel and the article that the author describes as a "Living Memorial Anthology" dedicated to her. That article says: "In the late 2010s, many girls emerged who were active primarily on the internet, but Hoge-chan can truly be said to be the origin of that trend. I am one of those who was influenced by her, and surely you, reading this, must have had nights spent endlessly digging into the mystery of this girl (back when the internet was still a deep, dark abyss). Whilst those other girls grew older and became someone, Hoge-chan has remained ‘Hoge-chan’ to this very day". As she wiped all her accounts in 2024, and the article only provides warm farewells from her friends, I'd be interested to know if this character really was that significant in Japanese internet culture, and what exactly she was famous for? Asking that on japanesemusic subreddit, because she was involved in the music too.

Just got Pixel 9 Pro XL, want to reuse charger from previous phone

I have a "Super Dart" charger (it is how Realme calls their fast charge technology) from my Realme 8 Pro, can I safely charge Pixel 9 Pro XL with it or need to buy a new one?

Its output:
5.0V, 2.0A, 10W or max 10V, 6.5A 65.0W

Say, I have multiple lines like this:
4.5
1.2
7.9
12.0
I want to copy some other text and paste it before all those lines. For example, it could be really long string, but for simplicity say it `v += ` (I know about Ctrl+V Shift+I, but real string could be too big to type) and I want to get this:
v += 4.5
v += 1.2
v += 7.9
v += 12.0
What is simplest way to do that? Something faster than find and replace. I have tried to Ctrl+V, select column and p, but it replaces all first characters.
