I realize that the forrest is packed. So what is the least busy time to walk through the forest between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM?
PS: Anytime before 10:00 AM isn't doable for the family

We need to get to Tokyo Station to take Shinkansen later this week. We can either take Sobu train or metro train. My understanding is there is a challenge with carrying the luggage down the stairs at the starting metro or Sobu stations then a couple of times at Tokyo Station. Is there a suggestion on how to make it easy with the type of 23 kg luggage?
