just moved into a new apartment complex and we have an automatic gate to the underground parking. the remote that the Real estate agent gave us doesn't work, the light blinks and everything but the gate won't open. tried our neighbors remote and theirs seem to be working fine. anybody know how I can sync a new remote to the automatic gate? called up a technician today, paid a 200$ call out fee but he couldn't fix it. I really don't want call another guy just to pay him for doing nothing. any body know a solution for this? please help!
