I am a healthy 22 year old female that needs advice on what to do. I work as a preschool teacher so I get sick pretty often and recently I have been experiencing upper respiratory symptoms such as crud, and what feels like water in my lungs. Every time I go to the doctor they seem to write it off but when I’m sick I sometimes feel like I’m just coughing all the time trying to get water out of my lungs and nothing ever comes up. It’s especially worse currently where I don’t feel like I can breathe in without coughing on this. I haven’t been to the doctor this time, and my mom thinks I should get a chest x ray. I have a lot of anxiety around the hospital or the E.R so I don’t really ever go in. What do you all think?
