I'm a naturalised Irish citizen, going to apply for FBR for my kid. All the documents are ready (except the witness part).

I currently live in Ireland while the kid was born and is living with his mother abroad. So provided my Irish address in "Section D: Declaration by parent/guardian requesting registration".

Do I need to attach a letter explaining the difference in addresses?

Also, does the FBR certificate get dispatched to my address? Ideally, I want that to be dispatched to the kid's address if approved.
