Does the scholarship amount get deducted from the enrollment fee and security deposit or do we need to submit the full amount (1 lakh)?

Does the semester fee increase each year?

Current Habib students (especially CS) if you had to choose again would you still pick Habib University?

If yes, what are your reasons? If not, which university would you choose instead and why?

Background: I’m an A Levels student planning to apply for a CS degree and hopefully do a master’s abroad right after my bachelor’s.

I know FAST is considered one of the top universities for CS in Pakistan and whenever I mention other options people immediately say “FAST jao it’s the best for CS” so I wanted to ask if this reputation actually reflects reality or if it’s a bit exaggerated.
How is the teaching quality? Do students rely a lot on self study to keep up and maintain good grades? One of my A Levels teachers who is a FAST graduate mentioned that the teaching quality has declined over time so I wanted more opinions on that.
I’m also really concerned about the “ragra” system. My school had a similar environment and even though I got good grades it was mentally very exhausting and I don’t want to go through that again. Also the commute would be quite difficult for me since I live on the opposite side of the city.
Lastly how easy is it to go abroad for a master’s after completing a bachelor’s from FAST?

Considering all these things is FAST worth it?

PS:I’ve also gotten into Habib with a decent scholarship and IBA so I’m trying to decide between these options.

I know I have alot of questions but I’m just scared if I’m making the right decision or not 😭
