You have to integrate Aika Kiryuu as a member of Issei’s Harem/A Fighter in the ORC. How do you do it?

You have to integrate Aika Kiryuu as a member of Issei’s Harem/A Fighter in the ORC. How do you do it?

You can start as early as you want in the show, and give her whatever powers you feel suit her. This is less of a hard what if and more of a creative exercise. What do YOU think you’d do?

Fight takes place in the 4GNW battlefield.

Assume Kabuto has access to Early EMS Sasuke’s level of EMS proficency at the start of the fight, which can obviously improve as the fight goes on.

Round 1: Simple 1 v 1, EMS Sage Kabuto vs WM Obito

Round 2: Obito gets the 6 Edo Jinchuriki, Kabuto gets Edo Itachi and the Edo Kage (Mu, Ay3, Rasa, and Gangetsu)

While one doesn’t need to be ENTIRELY pure to ride it, you still need an extremely pure heart to do it.

What characters do you think climb this threshold?

Like I get it, it’s to preserve tension with those who didn’t read the manga or watch the original anime, but it’s still so funny to me how they’re hyping up the MINI BOSS of the Golan Arc as such an insane threat it’s deserving of a cliffhanger…

when Ken dumpsters him with zero effort after this point.

Basically, the only way she would know so much about her is if she was already aware of the fallen angel incursion in Kuoh. In that case, why didnt she stop Raynare from killing Issei? She should have been aware of why Raynare was there, and should have been keeping an eye on her movements.

So… is Rias incompetent, or are the “Rias let Issei die” allegations true?

Context: In this alternate history, Japan really DID have Asia’s best interests at heart.

A combination of Inukai surviving his assassination in 1932, Okawa moderating his views over the years, and the civilian government regaining control over the army, Japan becomes a genuine force of anti-colonialism, managing to form an TRUE Greater East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere with China and Thailand. (It’s very pie in the sky I know, but bear with me)

In 1942, following the UK suffering a vastly worse fate in their battles against Nazi Germany and Italy and being forced to exit the war, including ceding the Suez, practically cutting itself off from its Eastern possessions, Japan and its allies launch a massive offensive in Asia, with the intent of overthrowing the weakened European colonies. America, being given garuntees on its interests remaining intact and seeing no reason to stick its neck out to protect the colonial possessions of Europe, combined with the private anti-colonialism of its president, stays out of it.

Japan, China, and Thailand crush the Indochinese garrison and British Burma too, before launching a invasion of the Raj through Burma.

Bose, in our timeline most infamous for making a deal with the devil (the axis powers) in a desperate attempt to free India, and his general radicalism, uses his influence to launch a general uprising ahead of the invasion, something Ghandi, realizing that like it or not, this may be India’s best chance to be free, backs. He assists him via calling for a general strike that paralyzes the Raj at the worst possible moment.

The British Indian army, undersupplied, unmotivated, and seeing freedom as an option, mostly just goes home or joins Bose, with the Indian National Army (Bose’s outfit) marching into Delhi nigh-unopposed a few months later.

Title. Apparently, Stray Devils mutate due to their masters not having a handle on their power. Case in point: Viser, who turned into a chimera… thing after becoming a stray.

Kuroka not only is quite powerful (LEAGUES MORE then Viser for sure), but has also been a stray for literal years by the time we meet her. Yet, besides her rather unusual personality, she seems completely mentally stable and physically untouched by mutation.

Is Viser just a example of a “low grade” stray that couldn’t keep control? Does Kuroka’s Nekoshou powers let her keep her body stable despite her status? Is mutation even inevitable for Stray Devils, or just something that happens to evil strays like Viser?

In this alternate universe, let’s say the ghosts of his friends, rather then preaching forgiveness and letting go, are consumed by the agony and hatred of their final moments.

Rather then convince him off his path, they tell him to keep going, to not let them die in vain, to destroy Excalibur, to avenge them!

Kiba obeys, and after Kokobiel is defeated… he doesn’t return to the ORC, officially becoming a stray devil.

Where do you think he could go? Would Vali accept an offer to go with him if he was asked? What other options would our Revenge Knight have for a patron? Or Is he genuinely cooked? How would the story go with Kiba gone?

Issei never struck me as someone who would outright hate someone for who they love, but his contempt for Gasper’s Gender nonconformity, his deep rejection of any potential relationship with Kiba, even if only implied, and even if done only through the medium of a doujin, and general… uneasiness with anything other then the “natural” state of gender roles kinda makes me feel unsure.

What do you think?

(Diodora Astaroth and Naoya Zenin, in case you couldn’t tell)

This will either be a close friendship or a deep rivalry. No middle ground.

Issei, via some kind of magic, is informed that, in a months time, a fallen angel named Raynare will come assassinate him.

He’s told when Raynare will meet him, how the date will play out, and even where exactly he will eventually be killed. He isn’t informed of anything else (His sacred gear, Devils/reincarnation, ect)

Assume Issei believes this, and decides to try and prevent his own death.

This is also an interesting thought experiment. If YOU where in Issei’s shoes, but had a month to prepare, what would YOU do to NOT get brutally murdered? Especially if you didn’t know “get reincarnated into a devil and use your new powers to beat her ass” was an option.

You can also find him on reddit as u/Imaginary_Raise_7794. He’s not a DxD fan (actually a Riki-Oh/Manime fan), but he saw this ship in a Deviantart comment and decided to sketch it.

This is what would happen if Yasaka never met the GOAT… and hey! I think it’s a good ship.

The resident tomboy known for her incredible power and who trained from early childhood to be a warrior not having a physique much different then a redhead spoiled princess who never lifted a weight in her life was always odd to me. Like, don’t be a coward! Give our girl some meat on her!

A common complaint (like risen by my friend u/Muted_Personality107 just before) is that Rias is WAY too weak for how important she is.

She stagnates for pretty much all of the “Anime Portion” of the story, and by the time she starts getting stuff, all of it pretty much requires other people assist her to pull it off (She needs people to buy time for Extinguished Star, and needs Gasper and Issei for her powered up forms), with her being more or less a bum by herself.

With all that being said, how would YOU have handled it? When would you have diverged from canon? How strong would you have her be by the present time in the LN? What kind of fighter would the Crimson Haired Princess of Destruction become if you had your way?
