AbleTo therapy billing issue
Does anyone use AbleTo for therapy sessions and have an issue with billing? Kaiser assigned me to use AbleTo and my billing through last year was free. Starting this year they have declined all my therapy sessions. I still have a letter of authorization to see a therapist with AbleTo through April.
