I’m genuinely so tired of the toxicity in this game. For background I am a healer main on my main account, I picked up widow seasons ago because I love scope snipers in video games, there is a thrill to the sniping that I don’t get elsewhere. Because of this I made an alt to not only play widow in comp, but also other dps I want to get better at. So I’m in a game, krakoa domination, and I preselect widow. This magik player and a healer duo both try to ban my preselected widow for all 3 ban phases. This is gold/plat so the stupidity is expected but oh my god. They jnstalock magik and refuse to play with a widow. I say something like gimme a chance, they still being rude. I go in, die stupidly unfortunately but they also end up dying pretty quick too, infact they were about to be super diffed by a champion magik. I guess they got scared and went mantis because they can’t go up against a champion magik or whatever. I say later in the match “funny how you swapped to mantis” also I have ace, I remember ending the round with around 11 kills maybe 2 deaths. I get a little be toxic back I won’t lie, but i shouldn’t be expected to be so civil when two people on my team tried to ban my pick, and the continued to be toxic to me. I unmuted and said “ok you can apologize now” they were quiet so I said “Having trouble saying sorry with my fist down your throat?” (I do admit I was toxic af here but I’m tired of being bullied and ridiculed for picking widow ok). They then decided to throw, with their cloak duo :/ they sat infront of spawn and emoted all game. I say sorry so they would finally play again and it’s that stupid krakoa map with the really big wall and arch way, widow doesn’t work so I swap Hela(that map isn’t a great far range sniping map for me), do good, go Jeff last min to touch. They then say “oh btw expect a name change” I said sure buddy. Next game I get a change, wtf. My name was not inappropriate, it’s a joke matching name I have with my duo on our alts, and now it’s not matching anymore. Which sucks because we get comments about how our names are funny. Username was YuriL0ver69, is that inappropriate and offensive to anyone here? I’m only sharing what it was because I just got back on the alt rn and see that YuriL0ver69. Has also been forcibly changed, AWESOME!
