So I had my first interview for PIC with my district manager, another district manger, and PCSM- it went well and he said we’re continuing to the next step.

So now I’m scheduled for a candidate interview with the market leader in a few days. Has anyone else had to interview this high into the market chain for a PIC spot? I was a staff pharmacist before this at a successful store; it just seems unusual I have to prove myself this high up the chain of command, I wanted to know others’ experience.
