my dossinia rotted :C

i had a pretty big dossinia marmorata and macodes petola in a terrarium, i put springtails in the mix too and ever since i moved back to my house i noticed that the leaves on my dossinia had been wilting, they were older ones so i assumed it was shock because my macodes was doing perfectly fine until i noticed a black spot in the medium, anyways it got stem rot and i cut off the rot (i swear the springtails ate the big ass rhizome that had rotted underneath the moss) and i dipped the cut ends into cinnamon powder.

my next move is undecided, i need to plant the macodes in something and im not sure how to move on with the dossinia. I have fine perlite, sphagnum moss, and a small portion of the leca that i salvaged from the terrarium soaking in hydrogen peroxide. Also when i rehydrate the moss, i was thinking about hydrating it with a dilute amount of liquid fertilizer. any tips?

i included pictures of possible homes for these jewel orchids, the stem with one leaf might just get put on top of the cut green pot with sphagnum underneath it. the macodes im thinking about putting into the painted pot i have
