Irritated finger from wedding bands
Ive had my engagement ring around 12 years (white 9kt gold) and wedding band 10 years (white 18kt gold) both need re plating but was waiting as they will need resizing due to losing weight.
Issue is I’m getting a really sore finger from the rings in the last 6 months. I don’t know if it’s because they can move a little more with the weight loss but I’m not down to the weight I was when they were originally bought and I didn’t have this issue originally. Or is it a reaction to the rings now the plating is mostly gone?
The picture doesn’t really show justice to how sore my finger has been. I’ve had the rings off over a week and had they back on for just one day and had to take them off again.
Has anyone had something like this before that could offer suggestions to help?
