Gold member here. Raised a complaint today after my reservation for tomorrow was cancelled without reason and then the property themselves hung up on me with no explanation.

The guy from customer care was very helpful and said the company would investigate. Just wanted to know if I should expect anything from this? Will I get any feedback or anything? Haven’t had a follow up email yet.

Not had a bad experience yet as a regular MB user and not usually one to complain but the whole experience really bugged me.
