SOLVED! My Genuine Find!

It was just a guy, he had a very nevershoutnever vibe going on and I remember his voice was a bit whiny? He had a very typical look for then, so shaggy black hair and glasses(I think), and I remember he was on the news once from his home town. Weird thing to remember. 😂

Edit to add: I wanna say it had the word “My” in the name. It’s driving me nuts!
