One of the causes of unfavourable circumstances and conditions in one's life is the way one uses their conscious mind, more specifically, the thoughts and images they encourage in it.

The subconscious is reactive, it responds to the nature of thoughts and because it controls autonomic functions, it directly links thoughts to chemical reactions (emotions ((energy in motion)) that are felt in the body.

The simple act of taking a little bit of time of your day to consciously visualize the meaning of positive words is enough to flood your body with chills.

This is what I personally do, with the help of personally engineered musical audios, where simple but powerful words like thankfulness, oneness, inspiration, positive relations and more are heard throughout the session. Whether I'm walking outside, or meditating this really enlivens my whole body to the point of getting goosebumps all over.
