balancing a 9-5 and finally launched our first store... the stats are lowkey encouraging but also confusing

me and my best friend both work full-time jobs, so we had to be deadass efficient to even get this jewelry brand off the ground. honestly, we didn’t have the bandwidth to build everything from scratch, so we used accio work to handle the entire website build/backend setup after hours, and used claude for all the brainstorming.so far, we’ve hit 300 sessions with 15 "add to carts" and 2 actual sales. ngl, seeing those notifications hit my phone while i was stuck in a boring meeting at my day job was the best feeling ever proof of concept? maybe. but the drop-off is definitely living rent-free in my head right now.13 people got right to the edge—literally had the items in their cart—and just didn't pull the trigger.since the site is automated and running pretty smoothly, we’re trying to figure out the next move without burning out. should we:double down on influencer gifting?or is that conversion gap a sign that our shipping/checkout flow is trash? for those who’ve actually scaled a side hustle into a consistent flow while working a 9-5, where would you focus your limited "after-hours" energy? any advice would be huge.
