I ask this because I´m considering to move there. I have already gone for an apartment viewing, I did notice more homeless people than usual, and i have heard about the drug peddling/usage in that area. I would just like to know if there are some things i should be aware of before moving there, and whether its a bad idea. I've lived near the Charite Hospital, Spandau, and Greifswalder Str. in the past.
