i found this garage shot on a luxury car page and i'm honestly not sure if it's real? i think the fluorescent lights on the ceiling are actually just 2D shapes because the reflections on the car's matte hood don't match the angle of the light fixtures above it at all, so does anyone know if this is a legit photo or just a high-end render?

I found this cozy-looking shot on a real estate blog and I'm honestly not sure if it's a real photo. I think the icicles hanging from the front porch are actually just glass decorations because they don't seem to be dripping or melting despite the sun being out, so does anyone know if this is a real place or just a high-end render?
