I have had a Plex server running for about 4-5 years. I have multiple hard drives connected through a multi-drive USB 3 caddy.
One of my drives is just TV shows. Most of the folders for the shows are now shortcuts, this is the same in many of the movie folders but when i click them they open the actual folders.
On the TV drive this no longer happens, the files are available in Plex but I cannot find them in Windows Explorer, i cannot add new files to these folders.

I am at a complete loss on how to fix this, I'm happy to reinstall Windows and start again to rebuild the server but where are all of my files?

The tinyPC is AMD based and all the external drives are running on NTFS. It is running on the latest version of Windows 11.
