How do you monitor workflows over time
Once a workflow is running, I kinda forget about it.
Until something breaks.
Do you actively monitor automations or just wait for errors?

That’s enough.
But getting there is messy.
At first I tried to automate everything.
Now I feel like it creates more complexity than value.
Thinking of focusing only on high-impact tasks.
How do you decide what to automate?
Lesson: validate fast, build later.
That alone was progress
For me it’s repetitive data stuff.
Simple workflows work better in the beginning.
