25 M given 3 attempts at upsc, was able to clear the initial stage but could not clear the next stage again and again, despite of all my sincere efforts.

I have been a good student since school, studied from a tier 1 engineering college so I'm also thinking of plan b.

Should I give this year's attempt or not ? Basically i want to know if it is in my destiny or I should take a exit ?
