First wash after purchasing the car it was a “hand wash” with just a low pressure pressure washer and turtle wax hybrid solutions wash formula and a foam cannon, didn't scrub anything and rinsed off and microfiber high absorbing towel that just ran across the paint side to side. I do detailing and I know exactly what those marks are and I'm disappointed to say the least. Do better.
