Hello everyone! I m an aspiring politician from Alappuzha , this isnt a full agenda it’s still being thought out. Our policy making and governance will be strictly atheist in nature for a strong separation of state and religion. You will either hate or love me.

Priorities

Fixing the fiscal deficit:-

(Problem: High fiscal deficit , 71% state revenue going towards salaries , pensions and interest payments)

1.Scrapping pensions - I will freeze number of pensioners and the amount given at current rate with a buffer period of two years to accept new pensioners no more new pensioners after that , this is to avoid panic and give time for planning to future pensioners. The state will move to targeted interventions providing intial investments for starting NPS accounts for those who deserve.

2.Cutting down departments and unnecessary government positions - the state will downsize to only essential departments that I believe should exist. Agriculture and Animal husbandry department merged and downsized , Ayush department scrapped , backward classes development department scrapped , cultural affair department scrapped , dairy development department scrapped , environment department scrapped , Coastal shipping and fisheries department downsized and merged , consumer affairs and home department merged , information and public relations department and electronics and IT department will be merged , rest of the departments will be kept or downsized.

3.Freebies scrapped - Abhakiranam scrapped , supplementary nutrition program kept , coaching and scholarship benefits kept , sahaya hastham scrapped , marriage grant scrapped , inter caste marriage grant scrapped , swasraya scheme kept , pariraksha scheme scrapped , any forms of marriage assistance scrapped , mathrujyothi scrapped , chief minister connect to work scheme scrapped , Kerala Tree Climbers Welfare Scheme scrapped , Foreign Employment Schemes scrapped.

4.Government efficiency- Modernising KWA , KSRTC, kerala revenue department and improving current hygiene and waste collection systems.

Infrastructure and Economic agenda

1.Hiking corrective taxes and reducing stamp duty on land transactions.

2.Scrapping Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008 and land ceiling act.

3.Scrapping any forms of rent control , includes scrapping Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1965.

4.Drastically cutting any red tape.

5.SGST reimbursment scheme to new industrial units.

6.Expand and create new SEZs.

7.I will end the alcohol monopoly of the state and hand out selling permits instead.

8.Metro , RRTS and industrial corridor projects will resume without delays or cut in funding.

9.Adoption of electric tram systems in Kochi and trivandrum.

10.Focus on maintenance of existing infrastructure , expansion of footpaths , streetlights , bill mandating repair of degraded private infrastructure with additional help from the state.

11.Focus on improving public schools and modernizing the curriculum , increased investment in public nutrition programs and school lunches(proteinmaxxing , adding more eggs and meat per child) , free career guidance , state will take additional burden to recruit the best faculty , additional investment into sports and athletes , focus on communication and important industrial skills.

12.Scrapping laws detrimental to the economy 3 bills(1st priority-previously mentioned) + 79 different bills(2nd priority) totalling 82 laws scrapped or partially scrapped or revised.This will solely depend on legality:-
