I’m a computer science student researching trucking/dispatch operations and I’m curious:
What’s the most annoying, repetitive, or stressful part of being a dispatcher that you wish was easier?
Could be:
- paperwork
- communicating with drivers
- tracking loads
- invoicing
- finding documents
- factoring/payment issues
- broker communication
- compliance
- scheduling
- anything else
I’m especially interested in the stuff that wastes time every single day.
Not trying to sell anything. Just genuinely trying to understand the workflow from people actually doing the job.
