so im trying to restore crostini and i got a usb so i can have enough storage but im getting an error as u can see in the screenshot how do i fix and why does this come up

see i want to delete some app cause i have no storage and i install a program that got like 250 app on the container how do i delete them?????
here my apps the reason im doing this is bcuz i want to make a backup if something goes wrong (i deleted almost every app) PLEASE HELP
