In Spanish, you can remove the subject from a sentence, and let the verb imply it. 

Example:

Yo hablo español.
Hablo español.

In Ukrainian, can you do the same? 

Example:

Я говорю Українскою.
Говорю Українскою.

And if so, does it ever sound funny/wrong?

Context: English is my first language, Spanish second, learning Ukrainian.

Does пенсіонер imply that a person specifically has a pension, or could they be retired with any source of income?
