Looking to purchase a few outside motorized sun shades. Reached out to a vendor on Alibaba and they were EXTREMELY quick with replies and getting requirement information, styles, etc. but after she confirmed the request no replies since then. Even after follow up, Is that normal?
From the smart home perspective, I want to pair them in schedule to turn on the air handler when our HVAC Aromely scent diffuser turns on so it pushes the scent out.

Construction loan, home complete within the next 30 days. Tier 1 credit. Loan amount for all construction and land cost is $790k. Appraised at 1.1 million on paper prior to build (didn’t expect that) and after all improvements somewhere between $1.25-1.4million.
Not a subtle flex, I never in a million years thought I would be writing that.
Should I refi? I have all my VA entitlement as well to refi with. I am in a construction to conventional at close right now. Florida if it matters. Any options here that I may not be thinking about but should consider?
Not here to complain, just want to know if its standard. Spent ~6k over the last month in tools and organizers and packouts etc. I am just a home owner that has hobbies and switch over from Rigid because of the mechanics tool battery compatability. I have run into the store reps several several times over the last year and I always politely ask if they have any swag and they never do.
Is that the norm?
