Hopefully, the Subaru/Toyota can solve the issue of this error message after I attempted DC charge.
Little background, this is our first Ev. So we wanted to try out the different charging options. We tried slow charge station of ChargePoint. Couple days later, I tried electricitfy America dc charger. There was another customer at that station who was helping me. I had plugged in the car but for some reason it didn’t recognize my phone. The person helping suggested that I just use the credit card swipe and pay. This seemed to do the trick and proceeded to charge up to 80 percent. However, I got an error message after I started the car. Took it to the dealer, they thought it was a simple problem. Two hours later, the service advisor gave me the bad news. The techs don’t know what is wrong and have to consult Subaru. So, I am now using a loaner Solterra.
