I just finished my second play through and want to gear up to level up to 69. If I want to use the armory, will the chest continue to scale after I accept the mission, or are they locked to that level? Can I accept each of the two missions required at 2 different levels(one now and one later)? If it is locked and I want to save that for level 69, what is the best loot farm for legendies/anarchys etc.? Thanks.
