Has anyone here used Fleet RMM?

We're new to it, and by new I mean we've had bizhubs for a decade, just found out this existed and I'm learning it as I configure it.

I'm working on understanding the warnings and I see "Other Warning" listed on roughly 10-20% of our bizhubs at any given time. Sometimes its fewer, sometimes its more. When I login and look at them through their web interface it will show no warnings. So what does it meaaaaaan?
