I think I found my dad
So I did ancestry DNA test as a joke with a friend of mine. Her and her fiancée did the DNA test and shared 1% DNA. I took the test and it paired me too my mom family that I knew but on my dad side it linked me too 2 first cousins. It told me they were either my first cousins or they’re my aunt and uncle. They know each other and told me they’re first cousins. So that would mean that I’m their first cousin and my dad is siblings with their parents. They told me they had 1 uncle that I favored. This blew my mind because all my life I knew someone else to be my dad. I spoke with the guy he didn’t remember my mom but they went to the same high school and hung around the same area. I sent her younger pic and he remembers her. We took a dna test today the results come back Thursday him & I are both nervous. He wants to be my dad, I still haven’t told my mom or the man I thought was my dad. I’ll get the results first, but dna doesn’t lie and ancestry linked me too my first cousins so I’m almost 100% sure he’s my dad. We do favor. I’m on pins and needles until Thursday.
