Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh,

Quran 5:21 claims that Palestine is ard al muladasa(holy land), and also in some Hadiths it mentions of Levant being Allah’s chosen land for the Day of Resurrection, and that there are three places where Antichrist won’t reach: the Dome of Rock, Makkah and Madinah.

Ibn Taymiyyah on the other hand says that only Makkah, Madinah and the Dome of Rock are the only holy sites.

So based on the Hadiths and the verse, I’m confused.
