Kensington Expert Trackball Mouse spasming
Just got a Kensington Expert Trackball Mouse but it is not great.
It is the wired variety and I got it new from amazon but it doesn't feel very precise. It takes more force sometimes to move it from a standstill (overcoming static friction) than it takes to press my membrane keyboard.
The real issue that I am having is that when i move the mouse too quickly, it will spasum in a variety of directions before starting to move in the right direction again once the ball slows down. It seems like to polling rate on the sensor is too slow or something.
My question is, Do i have a faulty product, should i return it? Is this expected behavior?
I tried installing the kingston app to see if that fixed.
I also have a Adesso WKB-3150UB and it doesn't do that, I would assume that it is a lower quality product than the big name brand Kensington, but the Kensington is seeming like a crappy thing right now : (
It is breaking my heart. :.( I was really looking forward to zooming my mouse around with the momentum of the large track ball but my hopes have thus far been spasumming in random directions.
