Hello, I arrived to Tbilisi 6 days ago and a bit confused from the sim card, when I landed I received a bunch of message that I ignored, I think everyone receive them because I saw on reddit that people ignore them.
Today, I got a message towards 112 fee? I created a magti account and it says I owe them 0.4 lari, I am bit confused, I do not have a card to the account, those are basically just fee you need to pay monthly and if you do not pay they close the account pretty much? Thanks!
