Is it worth doing actuary?

Hi, my long term goal is to pursue IAI and IFoA and eventually work in actuary(preferably abroad). We know actuary exams are very difficult and require a lot of time and money. I can pick on things easily. I am already comfortable with python, sql, excel (learning macros and VBA). I still need to learn R. It's just, is it worth it? As in, considering the current job market, even if I clear the exams, will I be able to find a job in actuary at all? I do have work experience but it's not relevant to the actuary. This is more of a career transition for me. So I am just wondering. I know we can never certainly know what can happen in the future but I just wanna assess my chances. And I do enjoy maths & statistics, so i do think I'll clear the papers if not in first attempts at least in second attempt. But i don't wanna put all the effort for nothing. It's just with all this AI & bad job market. I am not understanding if i should go ahead with pursuing actuary.
