Hi, I wanted to buy a racket for my dad. I have zero knowledge regarding table tennis. He said that he majorly place both offensive and defensive and would like to make a better curve while playing the sport. So according to this can you please suggest me a racket under the budget of 4K. I am looking for a pre built racket rather than a custom one cause I do not understand the nitty gritty stuff of the built making of a racket. Thank you in advance

Hi everyone! I’m about to start my Tretinoin journey (0.025% cream/gel) and wanted to get some feedback on the routine I’ve put together. I want to make sure I’m supporting my skin barrier properly and avoiding unnecessary irritation.
Here are the products I currently have in my cart/ready to use:
Cleanser: The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Korean Cleanser
Active: Minimalist Vitamin C + E + Ferulic 16% Face Serum
Moisturizer/Barrier Cream: Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Baume
Sunscreen:La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMUNE 400
A couple of specific questions:
Is the 16% Vitamin C too strong to use while my skin is adjusting to Tret, or should I wait a few weeks before introducing it?
Is the cleanser gentle enough, or should I look for something more hydrating/non-foaming?
The Bioderma Baume seems very thick—is it good for the "sandwich method"?
I’d love to hear your thoughts or if I should swap anything out. Thanks!
