I'm super frustrated with Heavenly Heat Sauna customer service. The shipping date keeps moving out further and I'm only getting updates if I ask and then I only receive vague and non-committal answers. Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone tried to cancel their order due to their dishonesty? If you waited, how long did it take from order to delivery?
