Cpl mouse fix

I always used to install CPL Mouse Fix whenever I did a fresh install for Counter-Strike, but is it still necessary nowadays?

Hi,

I bought a PC and I noticed that the RGB lighting on one of the Montech fans is not working, but the fan itself works fine.

I opened the back panel of the PC and saw that there is a loose cable. However, I’m not sure if that is causing the issue, but it looks like the cables can be connected together.

I have attached a picture of the cable and the connection.

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

I just bought a used gaming PC and I’m curious to hear if you think I got a good deal.

Price: 15,000 DKK (~$2,200)
Age: Bought in November last year (~5 months old)
Receipt included

Specs:
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
• GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 5080 Ventus 3X OC (16GB)
• Cooler: ASUS ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB
• Motherboard: Gigabyte X870E Elite WiFi 7
• RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000MHz (Corsair Vengeance RGB)
• Storage: 2TB Lexar NM790 NVMe SSD
• PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF A3 (80+ Gold)
• Case: Montech XR
• OS: Windows 11 Pro

The seller said it’s only been used for gaming and is in good condition.

Do you think this was a good deal for the price? And is there anything specific I should keep an eye on going forward?

Thanks alot 🙏

Hi,

I recently bought Obsidian Air Pro dot skates for my Xlite V4 ES (medium) because I was specifically looking for control-oriented dots.

I’ve actually been really happy with the feel and control they provide.
However, I’ve started noticing that they seem to wear down my cloth mousepad and I’m also experiencing some tracking inconsistencies.

So my question is: are there any alternative dot skates that offer a similar level of control but are more suitable for cloth mousepads?

I’d really appreciate any recommendations or experiences you can share.

Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to apply dot skates on my Pulsar Xlite V4 eS and would really appreciate some guidance. I’ve attached an image of the bottom of my mouse for reference.

Could someone please advise on the optimal placement for the dots? Specifically:

•	Where should the first 4 dots be placed?
•	If I want to use 6 dots (adding 2 extra), where would those additional ones go?

I’m aiming for a more control-based glide rather than speed, so any recommendations or personal setups that support that would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance!
