Hi all,

I am 27 wanting to apply next month for the RAF. I am torn between 2 roles. DE sergent wsop but i am particuarly interested in rotarty wing crewman specalisation. Can anyone tell me abit more about this role? I understand it's difficult to get selected for this due to limited avalibility and the raf needing wsop's elsewhere. How likley am i to get selected for that or is it first come first serve and that's that?

My other role is Raf regiment, i know everyone has mixed opinions on the regiment and it dosen't bother me in the slightest, they still have a job to do. What kind of day to day are the regiment currently doing verses what the rotary wing are doing?

Im looking for a long term career 12+ years.
