Is my Opinel warped or ground asymmetrically?
When I lay my Opinel no. 7 on a flat surface (pressed slightly on the back half of the spine), on the left side, the blade is flushed with the surface. On the right side, the tip is raised slightly. looking straight at the spine, does it look more like the left side is ground flat while the right is tapered? or was mine warped?
