How do I report moderators on here do I just email support since every time I post about GG poker not following their own rakeback rules my posts are taken down and the explanation makes no sense much like their cheating rakeback program...

GG Ontario Poker appears to be applying a fluctuating USD/CAD exchange rate to its GEM reward packages on a monthly basis, despite there being no clear disclosure of this practice in its terms of service or rewards program documentation. This approach is difficult to justify, given that all gameplay, rake, and player balances are conducted entirely in Canadian dollars, so rewards should logically be fixed in CAD as well. By tying GEM values to foreign exchange movements without transparency, the platform effectively reduces the real value of earned rewards after the fact. As a result, the advertised rakeback percentages become misleading in practice, since players are required to grind for months to reach certain reward tiers, only to have the eventual payout diminished by an unrelated FX adjustment. This creates a situation where the true rakeback is consistently lower than promoted, raising concerns about false advertising and lack of clarity in how rewards are calculated.
GG Poker Ontario is currently advertising two different reward rates depending on where you look. On their website, it says you get 70 TP per $1 raked, but on the actual poker client, it shows 75 TP per $1 raked.
The bigger issue is that GG keeps making changes to the rewards system without any clear notice or communication. That makes it really difficult to assign a consistent value to their rakeback program or plan volume long-term.
Most recently, they reduced the value of Gems by 6.67% on a random Thursday night, effectively devaluing all existing Gems. Based on my own tracking, that change alone is costing me around $1,200 CAD.
When I reached out to support, their response was that Gems are considered a promotional currency, and under the Ocean Rewards terms, GGPoker reserves the right to modify or remove Gems ncluding their value or redemption options at any time and without notice...
That might be true, but combined with inconsistent TP rates and frequent unannounced changes, it makes the entire rewards system feel unreliable.
Anyone else noticing these inconsistencies or getting hit by the gem devaluation? These changes mean GG has been offering rakeback below what was promised and advertised again.
Posting this again since GG Mods deleted it for "being a duplicate post" despite them changing the GEM system today, which this refers too... I have posed about the GEM system before when they cut the TPs not the rakeback packages which this post talking about

After the update players can no longer see the suits of both cards... when will this be fixed? It's obviously the cards are way to small
