Let’s pretend the only chance to do was when she pleaded for death. You’d have to stab her or shoot her in your bed.

Maybe going to jail is better than living with her lol

• Currently making ~75K
• 0 debt
• Been saving about 22-23K since I started working < 3 years ago
• Currently have 80K across savings + investments, most of which is in my TFSA (like 80% of it). I opened my FHSA this year, so I can only put 8K in it at the moment.
• Currently interviewing for my next role that'll pay ~120K
• If my pay is 120K, I'd be saving 100% of this extra income as I don't need it. My annual savings would increase to 45-50K.
• If i save 50K for the 3-5 years, I'll have [150K to 250K]+ 80K = [230K to 330K] minimum for a downpayment. If investments perform decent, it'll be a little more.
• Take out a mortgage for 200-300K and buy a 1-bedroom in the 500-600K range (possibly 2-bedroom)
• Continuing to save 50K/year means I'll pay off the mortgage in 4-6 years.
