I use to do a blood draw at Labcorp and get the results the next day or within a couple of days. However, lately it’s been taking so much longer to the point where one of test couldn’t be performed because according to them the sample was old. Now I’m beginning to doubt the accuracy of the other tests. Just wondering if anyone knows what’s going on and if tests for something like homocysteine can be affected by sample age.
