Is this considered a violation of starting procedure on black
Black instead of starting their run decides that they are going to brake and do a burnout so that their opponent (me) will blow past them on the chase. I had to restart a couple of times. This is in ranked duels, not the new head to head mode. This was the ghost I got stuck with.
