For those who had GD during pregnancy and then had to go on a dairy free diet, where would you place both diets on a hardship scale 0-10? I had GD (diagnosed very early) and it sucked, and now my daughter may have CMPA... So I wonder how do they compare? To me GD was extremely hard, I would give it a 9/10, and I just want to get an idea of how hard it would be to go on a CMPA diet. I obviously had no choice with GD, but now I do have the choice of giving formula... but I've been pumping my milk for 2 months and was planning on continuing til baby is 6 months.
