Hey, I've just done an eye test and got the next prescription:

R: SPH -1.00, CYL -0.75

L: SPH -1.25, CYL -1.00

It is my first time that I'll have glasses, so I would like to know what do you think, with this result, does it mean that should I wear the glasses most of the time?
