Online consultants for plans

Best might not be truly necessary but what are reputable businesses that provide one time initial floor plans feedback? Ultimately, we know we need an architect and officially map things out. However, before we get to that stage I’m hoping we can find someone that we could pay a few hundred (perhaps budget naive?) to do essentially what this sub does via a virtual video call for a hour or so. To look at our idea, ask thoughtful questions about use, provide initial thoughts on flow or potential big red flags. This would let us sit down with local architect firms and have a more focused conversation by having some of the lowest hanging fruit already figured out.

Is this a thing? There’s a YouTuber I like but she charges several hundred per room and I don’t have a reference point to know if that’s standard or inflated fame pricing.

Kudzu: Conflicting Information - Oaks

We just purchased land with 100 year old oaks and likely just as old kudzu. These suckers are forearm to thigh in diameter and all around these oaks. I’m ready to go to war but don’t want to harm these trees.

I’ve read pathfinder II as a oil+triclopyr is a good option but I’ve also read it can be used to target oaks, which is not what I want to do.

I’m hoping for the safest option to cut these giant vines down low, paint with a safe pesticide, and then cut the hanging vine as high as possible to make it harder for new runners to leverage the old vines.

I also have some oaks where the kudzu has come up so close to the base it’s grown into the bark. Is there any safe way to go after those or is it just a matter of time until I lose those trees?

We purchased the land in the winter and it’s really thickly wooded and my dumb self thought these vines were literal trees so I’m in full panic mode and ready to go to war.

All guidance appreciated. Goats aren’t feasible as there has been notable human dumping and I wouldn’t want an animal harmed on the glass/metal/wtf even is that which we are finding.

Tongue Thrust when Sleeping

Am I alone in this? I’ve been really chasing lifestyle improvement - myofacial therapy, physical therapy, muscle relaxant, bottom bite guard to maximize tongue space, mouth taping at night, etc

I’m two weeks post septoplasty and tongue tie surgery.

Post surgery when sleeping my tongue is actually sliding forward and the front quarter is sliding into and over my front teeth. I’m waking up with aching holy shit level front tooth pain and I know it’s going to start moving them pretty soon. I’ve already got an overbite so making that visually worse is also terrifying.

How can I control my tongue when asleep to protect my front teeth? Do I need to go back to a top bite guard? Of course my custom bottom one was stupid expensive and insurance did nothing to help with the cost.
