Last week of April I ordered 2-3 pairs of On but because of the label got damaged during transportation they were not able to deliver them to me, it didn't even reach our town lol. Canada Post advise me to get contact with On and ask if they can resend it back since it was sent back to the sender, which I did, and now I just received an email saying that they can't issue a refund nor can send it back cause the address on their file is correct??? like is it my fault??????

* None of the pairs I ordered reached me btw
** Opted for dispute yesterday (5/01) don't know how long will it take. Even the one I talked to yesterday was baffled when I explained my case lol
