The question basically. What's been confirmed is extra hunger, thrist, sexual urge, (maybe extra need for oxygen?), but what about sleep? She was sleeping all the time when she was living with Sunny, but is that a Flaw or her laid back character.

Tamar hate really tickels me. I tried remembering why there was a point at the start I didn't like her either, since I find her alright now. Turns out I forget - because its Tamar - why would I be thinking bout her anyway.
BUT NOW - I remember! The reason why I didnt like her the most (at first) was because she felt like a cheap, off brand, Walmart early legacy Nephis. I was rolling my eyes as I was reading her character decription intro, "handing out her echoes", "indifferent this", "stoic that", "awkward btw". But this sub been killing me. Do tell.
I just kinda realised that Shadow God could very control Sunny through Shadow Bond like how Sunny controls his Shadows and Shades.

My theory on why it was possible.
We know that the only way to counter Asterion's influence is through the faith in another Supreme (even if the Supreme is dead) or high mental resilience.
High mental resilience is likely a side effect of how defiant your mind is to ideas outside of your comfort zone. And since defiance is the currency Supremacy runs on it's possible for even lower ranked individuals to counter the Domain - as a Sumpreme's Domain would be innately sensitive to defiance.
Yutra is a unique case because he doesn't have enough of either.
This is what allows him to be Enthralled in the first place. However, he does hold as much faith, if not more, in a Saint - who has a Domain, that he also happens to be a part of since he has been marked (or marked before). The domain of a Saint's Domain is weak enough to be compliant to a Supreme Domain (unlike the Domain of another Supreme), due to lower rank. This combined with Cassie's unwillingness to directly defy Asterion in the first place (and go unnoticed), which means being a part of her domain won't make you innately more defiant to Asterion's influence either.
This basically allows to be a sleeper agent, that will only be awakened when the greatest non negotiable commands are being given. Which in this case was:
The sleeper agent being ordered to kill his object of faith - something that Yutra would never chose to do.
